This 70 sqm apartment is not an ordinary two-room flat. It was compley renovated three years ago – uncompromisingly, with materials typically found in hoand interior design. The open living and cooking area forms the heart: a continuous terrazzo floor of Italian manufacture, suspended ceilings with integrated, indirect lighting, a high-quality fitted kitchen including a refrigerator. The combination of living and cooking makes the space feel noticeably larger than the floor plan suggests – and turns it into the place where you actually stay in the evenings. The bedroom is set apart as a quiet retreat and features a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is a designer bathroom in the true sense: materiality, fittings, and lighting are coordinated, not just pieced together. The location shortens daily commutes. Golzheimer Straße is located in Düsseldorf-Derendorf, one of the city's most sought-after districts. The supermarket is directly opposite, the next tram stop practically on your
