Die Wohnfläche einer Bungalowhälfte beträgt ca. 75 qm. Die Bungalowhälften sind komplett von einander getrennt. Die Teilgrundstücke sind jeweils eingezäunt und werden separat genutzt. Durch hohe Hecken und Zäune sind die Bungalowhälften jeweils nicht einsehbar und eingezäunt. Die andere Bungalowhälfte wird von mir als Ferienwohnung genutzt.
